Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and me, Matias Barragan. I make and run bstack on my own. They cover the bstack account and this site. Each tool can have its own terms for what you do in it, for example bpad's, and those apply inside that tool. Creating an account means you accept these terms. How I handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You sign in with your email or with Google, so whoever controls that inbox or Google account can get into your bstack account. Keep them to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell me at mati@barragan.com.py if you think someone else got in. You need to be at least 13 to have an account.

Using it fairly

Please don't create accounts in bulk or with someone else's email, script sign-ins, try to get into accounts that aren't yours, or try to overload or take apart the service. If someone does, I may suspend or close the account, telling them why when I can.

The service

The account is free and offered as it is. I work to keep it running and safe, but I can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Features may change. If I ever shut bstack accounts down, I will give at least 30 days' notice, and each tool will let you take your work with you.

Liability

As far as the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, that come from using the account or from not being able to use it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Leaving

You can stop using bstack whenever you like and delete your account as the Privacy Policy describes.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and I will mention important changes in the tools before they apply. Questions go to mati@barragan.com.py.
